Return & Exchange
Diamonddropps will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 7 days of the date of purchase.
An exchange or return may be requested under the following conditions:
- The product is unused and unaltered, with all original tags affixed and in original packaging.
- The refund or exchange is requested within 7 days of delivery.
- The product was purchased at full price. All sales are final. Any items purchased at a discount are ineligible for return or exchange.
- No returns on goods made with custom measurements. However, alterations can be done at a fee.
DIAMONDDROPSS reserves the right to reject any return or exchange requests that fail to meet the above criteria. Items associated with requests that fail to comply may be sent back to the original shipping address provided.
